Tim Wells

Tim Wells joined the Crane Agency in 2011 and has been in the industry since 2003 assisting employer groups to drive efficiencies in their health, wellness and risk mitigation programs. Tim received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Prior to joining Crane, Tim worked with a large national brokerage firm along with one of the leading providers of Life & Disability coverage. Tim initially joined Crane as an associate broker and quickly took on the role as Director of Benefits. In 2018, he
was welcomed in as a Partner and soon after he joined the
Executive Board

When not in the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling the world, fitting in a few rounds of golf and downhill skiing. Tim is actively involved with several boards and charitable organizations, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Boone Center, Inc (BCI) in St Peters, MO.
