Justin Huddleston

Justin Huddleston joined Crane Agency after a career path that gives him a distinct perspective on the challenges business owners face every day. After earning his Master’s in Accounting from the University of Missouri in 2022, Justin went on to serve as a General Manager of a large hospitality operation, where he gained firsthand experience managing the complexities, risks, and day-to-day demands of running a business.

That hands-on background now drives the way Justin approaches insurance. He takes the time to understand how a business actually operates before recommending coverage, making sure his clients have the right risk management in place, not just a policy that checks a box.

Justin works with business owners across a range of industries, including hospitality, real estate, financial institutions, and construction, handling all lines on both the property & casualty and employee benefits sides. Whether he’s helping a client navigate a claim or preparing them for renewal, his goal is to build long-term relationships that grow alongside the businesses he serves.

When not in the office, Justin enjoys golfing, traveling, volunteering with local charities, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
