Chris Campbell

Chris has more than 35 years of experience across all policy lines.

He started his career handling personal lines auto claims and transitioned into personal lines and commercial property, auto, workers compensation commercial general liability claims.

Over the years, he has worked on various claims, from small businesses to large losses for various companies, including catastrophic claims throughout the USA.

Chris joined Charles Crane Agency in May of 2026 as part of a team that supports clients and brokers with risk management, loss control and claims services, including:

• Investigating, evaluating and negotiating settlements
• Overseeing every aspect of workers’ compensation cases, from medical management to final resolution
• Handling complex claims involving mediation, litigation and coverage disputes
• Addressing claims related to premises liability, contractual agreements, risk transfer, product liability and uninsured motorists
• Managing personal lines property loss claims
• Auditing and enforcing procedures and guidelines within the claims department
