Calvin Flemons Sr. brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurial, business, and leadership experience to his role as an Associate Broker with The Crane Agency. Having spent much of his career as a business owner, Calvin understands firsthand the challenges organizations face and the importance of protecting what they’ve worked hard to build.

He is committed to building strong client relationships, understanding each organization’s unique needs, and helping clients identify insurance solutions that support their goals. Beyond insurance, Calvin is the founder of Flemco Consulting and has a longstanding commitment to business and community leadership.
