With 15 years of experience as an employee benefits and property & casualty insurance broker, Brian Byrne specializes in helping middle market business owners design, evaluate, and manage employee benefits programs that support their workforce and business goals. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, control benefits costs, enhance employee retention, and address the increasingly complex challenges surrounding health plans, compliance, risk management, and renewal strategy.

Brian brings a strong analytical foundation shaped by his prior experience as a CPA in accounting and finance. This background gives him a unique perspective when advising business owners on the financial impact of benefits decisions, helping them evaluate plan performance, balance cost and coverage, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance aligned with each client’s goals.

A University of Southern California alumnus, Brian enjoys road cycling, alpine skiing, and hiking in his free time.
