Beth Roth

Beth is the Director of Human Resources overseeing human resources programs, policies, and services. She is passionate about setting goals and implementing changes that bring positive results.

Beth is a trusted business partner and compassionate employee advocate who brings 20-plus years of human resources experience from various industries.

Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale; she earned a master’s degree in human resources management from Lindenwood University; and she has held the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation since 2006.
