Ed Politte

Ed Politte joined Crane Agency in 2005, after starting his career in 1989 as a direct writer. He joined Crane when Corporate Insurance Management (CIM) joined the agency in 2005.

Ed started with CIM as a broker and became a partner at CIM several years later. In 2021 Ed became president of CIM and has a team of 11 people working with his unit. Ed is a generalist broker working with a wide variety of industries. He has a special focus on religious institutions, rural fire departments, property managers, and the construction industry.

When not in the office, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter Nola. Ed and his wife Robby are active in their church, Boy Scouts and enjoy traveling. They enjoy golf and attending Cardinals and Blues games.
