
Frank J. Rebholz III, CPCU has over 30 years as a professional insurance broker with consulting, marketing, servicing and management experience. He specializes in providing a review, an analysis and in developing commercial insurance programs for various types of operations but with an emphasis on the unique insurance requirements and specialty coverages of financial institutions, contractors and manufacturing.
By working with several financial institutions, he is able to provide sufficient input into the critical areas of the risk management program to include Directors and Officers Liability, Cyber Liability and the Financial Institution Bond. He has met with several financial institution boards to discuss the various coverages available to their respective institutions.
As an individual broker, Frank has personally handled insurance programs for several financial institutions, contractors and manufacturers. Through this focus he has developed direct working relationships with the insurance carriers and underwriters who specialize within these segments. These relationships give Frank the ability to be directly involved in assisting financial institutions, contractors and manufacturers with the unique requirements of their respective risk management programs.
Frank Rebholz also has over 30 years of concurrent experience in the United States Army and Army Reserves. He retired as a COLONEL in June 2012. His experience includes various specialty areas involving finance, personnel management, engineering, transportation, and infantry. He obtained a Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Frank held various leadership positions at each rank and in two different Brigade Commands with the last one comprised of over 800 personnel in 5 battalions located in 6 different states. His final position was as a facilitator/instructor at the United States Army War College located in Carlisle, PA.
