Austin grew up in the Springfield area and upon graduating from Ozark High School, joined the military where he served in various locations and obtained an array of military awards and commendations. After his service in the military, he used his G.I. Bill benefits to earn a B.S. in Economics, with a minor in Risk Management and Insurance, and another minor in Business from Missouri State University.
Austin believes the greatest and most rewarding part of his job is working with business owners and other corporate decision makers to help protect the financial interests of their business/s. He works to develop a plan that is tailored specifically to their business and industry, while focusing on risk management strategies that help to protect their “bottom line”. As the business environment is ever evolving, he strives to remain an asset and a consistent business resource to his clients in helping them mitigate risk and broker deals amongst various insurance carriers, as well as keeping up to date on any new market trends and business opportunities for his clients.
In his free time, Austin enjoys spending spend time with his kids, working out, sports, and the outdoors. He is involved with several charitable organizations and hopes to one day start his own foundation. Austin is also active member of the following:

Austin was also named in 417 Magazine as one of “Springfield’s Top 20 under 30”.
