As claims occur, we will assist you in securing prompt and satisfactory settlements by working in partnership with you and your insurer.  Our Claims Specialist will aid you in managing larger claims and monitoring reserves and claim payments.  This ultimately results in savings to you, the client.

• Conduct periodic claim review meetings.
• Assist with the management of serious injury claims.
• Gather and sort data for management reports.
• Help get injured workers back to work.
• Review and advise on claims handling.
• Serve as a resource for claims services such as appraisal, attorneys, fire cleanup, salvage, medical management, surveillance, etc.
• Analyze claim reserves for appropriateness.
• Provide technical research on coverage and claims issues.
• Conduct in-house training on claims reporting and control.
